Wow, I barely made Day 10 and I’m basically giving up.
I’m going to put this whole dieting healthy exercise on hold until after all this school crap is over.

Screw Day 8, I didn’t do anything productive.
Day 9! This is my official FAT DAY. I spent 6 hours of my day just baking and usually baking leads to eating.

I thought blogging about my diet and exercise log would be interesting, but it is actually really lame.
Today, I ate healthy! I feel good, but I had no exercise what so ever.
I also went to buy supplies and ingredients for baking on friday! I’m super excited!

Today I ruined my daily exercise streak. I ate so much and did really little exercise.
School is stressing me out too much! Hopefully it’s better tomorrow
At least I walked the long way home!
The usual. Did my jogging routine and workout in my basement.
It feel so good to say “the usual”. It makes me feel beast!
So, what is this?

It is a heaping tower of red GUNK plopped on my plate. It looks really gross.
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? IT WAS FUCKING DELICIOUS.
I didn’t tell you what it was yet. IT IS MY AMAZING FETTUCCINE CHICKEN ROSE PASTA. YEAH THATS RIGHT, ITS PASTA!
It wasn’t even unhealthy. The sauce was completely tomato, the pasta was made from herbs and garlic, and the chicken was organic.

Had my jog and had a pit stop at Qiming’s. The exercise felt so good, it was a bit chilly outside but it was perfect because I warmed up fast.
Funny story actually, I went to school and I was around the back of the school and I started doing this dance routine, hoping no one was watching, but sure enough, there was this couple watching me dance for 30 minutes, looking like a fool. Whatever, its not like I’m ever going to see them again, so it’s all good.
Thank god I did exercise because I ate so much food! I made my friend and I pasta for lunch and it was delicious (but looked really gross) and in the evening my dad brought home THIS DELICIOUS GREEN TEA CAKE, and I ate it all.
I hate cravings for sweets, it always ruins everything. XD
